How i can do freeze on and off with switchers?

I put swicher active at start ... at the 3rd part the freeze is not active! freeze no.10 and switcher no.10 o.O how tu du?

freezes need to be put from the swich layer
And with same number as the swicthes on/off

Delay is the time you are freezed.
