Idk is it present in ddnet or not. Like submoderator. With functions to force votes yes/no.

On ru-servers we have only milk & darky as moderators, but they are plays with each other all-time under fakes at empty servers. Like 2x playing only. They are speedrunning.
So it like nobody can stop forcing kick/map change at early stages. Or trolling with big packs of players on the servers. When u need up to 15 votes for a kick start-blocker. Like at gores in beginning of Naufrage series.

Pros:
1. I dont need a kick function.
2. I haven't any type of door syndrome.
3. I'm not an ego.
4. Im quite often on ru-servers.
5. I haven't clan or others close friends, who can affect on my decisions.
6. I'm 21 years old.
7. I often instruct middle-skilled players how to do many tricks when they stuck. Because i have grease monkey mentality, i can explain by words any trick in game that i know.
8. I will never crush the game for a guys who stuck and wants to beat part themselves. Like gb.Feis did it to me few times, when kicked me from game at finish parts, or in middle of maps. Yeah, its true, he did it for me at some brutal maps. Thats why i migrated to ru-servers for awhile, cuz it hurts, when u got ban near finish at aim 8.0 for example. And happy that he's gone.

Cons:
1. I can rage. Its my mettle and temper. It doesnt affect on my decisions.
2. I have B1 in english only. Still learning.
3. I like to teasing and joking about some player's skill leaks. But look at (7) in Pros.
4. I always say truth. If map is fullshit i will say it. Gameplay is not subjective. There are tons of books about "how to make masterpiece gameplay" for any kind of games. Its like music - pure technical analysis. U will never do a masterpiece track if u dont know even Elementary Theory of Music.
