I have noticed that there are very many maps with edge hooks, but no maps that teach noobs how to edge hook. This is a pretty short map, but will still take a while for people who have never successfully done edge hooks. I know this is for the testers to decide but I think it should be a novice map even though it has edge hooks because it is too short and too easy imo for moderate. it is not faily at all, and it is perfect for people who want to learn edge hooking for the first time.

Difficulty is based on skill not of map lenght or faily/unfaily.
Edgehooks are hard so no matter how short the map is it cant be novice.

based on suggestions of testers and others, I made the map longer and included more types of edge hooks, and now there is no possible way it is novice. I would say it should be mod 2-3* but that is up to the testers.

Finished mostly first try.

Advices:
6 part (tp 6). Remove first arrow (1 to top). It makes this edge kinda unnatural and doesnt fit with real edge hook mechanics.
7 part (tp 7). Make room closer cuz u can cheat this without edgehook, which players mostly will do.
Last part - last rehook speed edge - doesnt fit to moderate. Its brutal 3/4 technics. Anyway it good to have this part as last part. Players will have to learn how to beat those parts.

Moderate 3* in my opinion. Cuz its very hard for moderate players. And very easy for brutal and pro-players, like first try any part.
Estimated time - 3 min for pro's. And about a hour for moderate players.

May be some better design? Better fonts? Looks kinda weird in 2016.

That map can be MUCH useful if u add pictures "how to aim corner", cuz it basic trick for edgehook. Aiming not directly in corner.
Like with counteredge hooks - basic trick to aim after tee for 6-8 tiles. Otherwise u will never do counter-edgehook.

for part 6 the speed arrows are so there to help you when you are first time edge hooking. that is the first part with falling edge hooks so i feel removing the arrow would make it too hard for ppl who have never done it before

for part 7 i dont understand any way to cheat it so idk what you mean

I changed map into dummy map so that only one person does all parts and other doesnt finish, and i fixed a few other bugs, but what do I have to do to make max team size as 2 and force team for the map?

Sky has put a lot of work into this map, and I think it's close to release ready. It has good flow and balance and would help players transition to edge maps.

Agree. But map doesnt explain first thing about edgehooks - dont aim into corner, aim some left/right from the corner, based on which direction u move. That's how to do edgehooks rightway. So u can use edgehooks at any speed u have got. Except very fast rocket runs. So u can pass 50-60 different edgehooks at 1 part without a fail. It's not about training, it is all about knowledge.
Without this knowledge any edgehooks u do will be similar to random. And map doesn't explain it, cause mapper didn't realize that fact. Imo.
