Player Laggs - Dummy Not

Hey guys, i got a problem.
Sometimes when i play a map i get terrible laggs and the game is not playable anymore, but my dummy, which is also connected, has a good ping / good connection. To fix this i have to restart the client. This is annoying when i m playing in team 0 and can't save to restart the client.
Blue is the player and Tyrannis the dummy
