as you see , he enter dummy for servers ! he can enter unlimite dummy !!!! can fill one 64 player server !! rcon show they got differant IPs !!!! any solve for this ? anything you can add for clien to prevent these spams by dummy ?!
i am sure he will start to spam another none persian servers too

This is very strange. He must have a custom client to do this and he sends fake IPs, but I do not understand how he can respond then to the server authentification with a fake ip. Does anyone have a clue?

and i just add somthing , he vote change map or vote to kick anybody then enter his multies and push f3 !!! means he can ban anybody or change maps easy !!!
i dont know how its possible but he can do something with players and server ban players just cus of stressing network

while they are in server !!!

Thanks to Welf I foud some guy who knew about this and offered me a solution. Get DDNet Server 4.7.3 and set sv_spoof_protection 1 in your configs.
