Name of topic.

The name of your topic should consist:

-Name of map.
-Name of mapper.
-Type of map. (Solo, Brutal, Novice, Moderate, 3p map, 2p map, dummy map)
-Rate of map. (Range of rate 0 to 5 stars)

Example: Genericore by Åmol [Brutal 3]

What should consist the thread.

Thread can consist the same as header of topic.
Sure thread should consist your map, and if needs map config.
You can leave commentary to testers or to release. (Your commentary will printed in-game while release)
Testers don't really need in "Hi guys" or "Dear testers test it pleaseeee", just be polite

Also before posting your map take sure, that your map matches with Mapper rules

Mappers don't need to post the exact difficulty...and rules should be written in a proper english and get an 'okay' by some of the admins.

yes, such important annoucements should be posted by an authorised person :o
actually, I think only mapname is enough
you see who created the thread
mappers rate their maps often wrong

"Your commentary will printed in-game while release"
and you create new rules ._.

Yes, but it's useful to know if it's rather novice or brutal - or dummy map.

1. Indeed not a proper English.
2. What then with guys not reading your topic as some don't read mapping rules? mhm.
3. "Should" ain't equal to "Could" so it is partially a forcing.
4. What if map doesn't have name yet?
5. Mappers often don't rate their maps properly.
6. Difficulty often changes during testing/fixing process, so rating it at the beginning doesn't bring anything useful.

7. Not discussed with anyone from the staff and created directly in testing section where it doesn't even fit in its state...

Such "topic template" I could easily create thanks to simple forum add-on, if someone would even start discussion over it...
