All ranks on the map is cheated 
its made for cheating, imagine doing it legit would be harder than finishing All 5 star maps on ddnet in 1 map
I've heard the mapper wanted it like that since you need alot of skills and tries to cheat it!

It's nice. But we did not skip it. Here are 3 skips right after the start line. We used one of these and there are a lot more. Maybe that's why I don't like this map — too many not obvious skips.
So what are we gonna do?

The thread is just about the startline skip, not cuts.
