tune hook_length 0 not working as its should be. Edit : reloaded demo

Why not disabling possibility to hook others instead?

Want to save possibility to drag players if you hook already player in true tune zone.

So you want to make hooking impossible with hook length of 0, right? And what is wrong about hook fire speed tuning?

The player_hooking tune may help you

I`m found solution with tuning next valueshook_legth, hook_fire_speed, hook_drag_acel. Not really elegance solution, but problem solved.
P.s.: but imo this thing anyway should be fixed
