If i make my own Entities.png how do i set that as my image to go to when i put entities on in game and than i see my enitites.png

hope its understandable

TEEWORLDS_FOLDER\data\editor\entities_clear.png

But then it's overwritten when DDNet client updates the entities_clear.png. If you do not want that store it in config_directory/editor/entities_clear.png
