Would be nice to can avoid top10 races for players with changed name. It sucks to see in top10 player on place 3 and dummy on place 7. This sucks really on the dummyservers. This disable the competition and it is not fair of the players which want to be better ranked as other player....

Like lanux and brain on Resi.

Idno what you want anyone in here to do about that, you would have to talk with the persons that does it

Some guys finish with top10 race and change their names and make again a top10 race so other plays get less rankpoints.
In the teamversion guys make top10 race and one changes name so the other become more teamrank points.

Aoe I want that this ranks get deleted. It's pretty unfair.

I remember a case where someone had 7 (or so) ranks in the Top 10 of a Solo map. deen deleted some ranks then.
But this isn't a general solution, since you can hardly proove who made that ranks. (In that case several people saw it.)

I did top4. And where am i now?

I think i could be better on that map.

I try never to delete uncheated ranks. What I usually did was find out who made fake ranks and move all ranks on that map to the main name of that player.

The general solution is called "introduce accounts and charge 5 € per account".

i'd pay 5 € to play Teeworlds. Especially if its connected to steam with achievements and stuff. no more fakers and all ranks legit
but if we have to type /login Aoe "Password", I'm definitely not voting for it. it should be automatic somehow, either with ip or steam ID or whatever..

Just fuck it.
If you wanna get rank, be better than this sucker which finished it with fake names.
