(Solved) Please help

I'm new to DDRace and I just want to get a server started with my friends and I have a problem with just getting the sever started I looked up a vid but it was made in 2015 and you guys changed a lot in the past year so in his video there is simple stuff now it's more complicated and I don't know what to do so please someone help me to get this problem solved.
