Apparently, it be released this Friday.
How will this affect DDNet? How easy/hard is it for DDNet to patch everything that 0,7 has patched? If DDNet will integrate 0,7, what's the timeline?

Well, something tells me this wouldn't be considered as April Fool anymore... We had to handle such news too often in other than 1st April days...
