So first of all, you should check your Map more than once, (or you should check it at least once) before uploading it for testing.
Didn't even play longer than 5min and found tons of bugs.

1. You use the spikes either for kill and teleport.
2. Use unfreez on "ToTele"
3. Wrong Freezedges EVERYWHERE (just a example, there are a lot more)

7. Finishline missing.
After all, i think you didn't put much effort into this map, and gameplay could be improved either a lot (more like should) .
Like this i don't think this map stands a chance to get released. But that's just my opinion, a real tester may think diffrent.

I totally agree with StormPhönix.
You probably put some effort into this map, but it can be hard at first to create a decent map at first. So, don't be disappointed. You can take a look at some tutorials and tips on how to make good ddrace maps. Keep trying and you'll eventually do a releasable map. I don't think that its worth to rework this one.

So declined and moved to archives.
Hope I have the rights to do this :>
