I really like the map, short and fun :)
The overall design and color tone is really good as well.
I think brutal 1* is a good rating, we haver other rather short brutal maps around this difficulty as well.
Some more minor graphical bugs, but i think these are no bugs. Just a matter of taste :p

- the upper two freezetiles on the right look weird (should go directly into the wall)

I think the best way is to place three speed arrows (force 1) in one direction.
But your solution should work as well, so it's not really important.
And I don't really think that the laser at cp14 is necessary for both, but this doesn't make a difference as well.
So, one last (quick) look and the map should finally be ready to release :)

we think Brutal 1* (parts are kinda hard but it is Short)
I have an idea about the part 10 speed tiles (look at screens), after your opinion on that it is ready for release
