Lan-servers list is empty on start. So you have to click on Lan or Refresh button to update it.
(win10 x32)
how to check:
1. Run client - switch to "Lan" - close client.
2. Run local server.
3. Run client - is here any servers?

I`m just got No servers match your filter criteria. I`m too lazy to read such messages
It was just filter maxping 100 which not pass goted wrong high ping onstart client

Yeah, it's well known that the first refresh is slow and shows higher ping. A guess I have is that it has to do with rendering all the texts for the first time, which can cause a delay in the client.

Edit: Will be fixed in the next client release: https://git.io/voey9
Works fine for me now, always shows ping 1-2 for LAN servers.
