I've been playing tw for quite a while now but a few days ago i started getting a bad Server Connection on the german Servers. I always have a ping between 80 and 90 . As i noticed the Problem usually happens in the evening.

I agree. Its not lagging but the ping is higher

If it especially happens in the evening then the connection between you and the server probably gets overloaded. What you can try is to contact our hoster, nfoservers, about this with an email: https://www.nfoservers.com/contactus.php

Best also run tracert ger.ddnet.org in cmd.exe and send them the output.

You can also try the same with your internet provider. Maybe either of those can force another route for you.

so i tryed contacting them and they said:
"I am not seeing any services associated with the email address you contacted us from today. Did you perhaps sign up under a different email address? If so, could you instead contact us via that email address? Alternatively, if you prefer, you could also log into your NFO Account and click the Help! tab to open a request directly associated with your services."
do you know what i could do now?

You can tell them that you're not a customer and are just using the ger.ddnet.org server hosted at nfoservers. If they're not happy with that, just send me your tracert in a PM and I guess I'll send it to them.
