Mousewheel is buggy!

Hi, I just installed 10.0 and I found out that when I switch weapons with my mousewheel it is lagged! You need to roll your entire mouse to let it switch... I fixed it by changing the controls from mousewheel up to mouse4 (that is the same thing) and mousewheel down to mouse5. When I am in the editor, though the same problem happen with zoom in and zoom out with mousewheel... there are no binding or settings that put it to mouse4 or mouse5, how can I fix this and most importantly, is it just my mouse going crazy or is it really a bug?
