I toggle dummy, then that tele me in the dummy and i was stuck. ( view screen )

Switching to your dummy is clientside, how would that teleport you inside your dummy?

@Chairn maybe; you can also see the hookcol is not coordinate with my aim.

Thats really weired, I don't think thats a bug in the client. I guess something unexpected happened like your computer ran out of memory or something similar.

Its a extremly rare Bug. happend to me 3-4 times in a year

In past it was happening pretty often iirc, but it was fixed some time ago though... Looks like there is still one more thing that might cause this:/
