You can use the option "server commands" instead of creating a cfg file.

I think rejected. Unbalance and not creative parts, some parts can to skip 
. Ugly design. MARKS in , while the GRAPHICS are not in HD 
... And many more small bugs (TH bugs, map without entities off sign, tile in tile, bad design marks etc.).

Many thinks (for example: design) changed and parts can't be skipped. Marks now not in hd.
