cursor position

So what i want to suggest here is to change the position of the cursor when u press ingame ESC.
I had really often the accident that i pressed esc instead of 1 and then for example mouse button cause i wanted to hammer or sth like that and boom: i was in spectate and dead.
This is really shitty =D
So i hope u understand what i am talking bout.
Maybe this could be changed? Would we really really nice.
