When I change the keyboard layout on the Russian language, some binds dont work

I guess it would be great if you'd provide some examples

I quess its because you changed form alphabet to cyrillic, so if you bind (example) G kill in cyrillic its Г and it just doesnt work, so bind them again.

If it's like mokuz says, it would be good idea to have binds stored in eng.cfg & rus.cfg, so that you would just use e.g. bind z exec eng.cfg & bind x exec rus.cfg while switching between keyboard layouts
