send someone demos and get them to record with fraps or smth

BamBam, I think sorgaxD wanted to convert the demo he has to demo where more clients can view it. For example, DDNet demos cannot be viewed on vanilla client without errors.
Also, use OBS instead of Fraps.

Seems like the project is dead for a long time.

Otherwise, I'm pretty sure there are many other ways to record your .demo file :)

True. U can use video recorders for this. (Action, Fraps, Bandicam...etc.)

yes but my pc gets lagged when I record with some program
The zip doesn't contain any .exe file
