i was playing on ddnet usa when this hacker named yellow was blocking me with freezehammer pls fix hacks

The guy who blocked u he/she played with bot client.
It isn't the DDNet problem.
The guy have got a lot of bot features.
And some people use it for trolling.

I can't think of how a bot would allow you to freezehammer others on official ddnet servers, do you know which client it is?

no it wasnt blocker it was ddrace server i find his dummy is name o-tee-one

as far as I know that is completely impossible, because clients can't hack server sided features, and ddrace servers are sv_cheats 0 so no freezehammer even for admins

freeze hammer isnt a cheat apprently

As BamBam and HotPotato stated ddnet does not include freeze hammer and it can't be activated using sv_test_cmds, I thought I made this clear enough already. If the original topic creator can't tell us more about the incident this topic can be closed instead of attracting more random posts not related to the topic.

okay i find screenshot you see yellow the hacker join server get freeze hammer and kill me and i only join sever through ddnet tab so its real

Well, actually admins can indeed use freezehammer, even on non-testservers: https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet/blob/b21 ... ands.h#L48

And the problem is probably that o-tee-one has admin since he runs the CAN server and can just read the admin pw. Sounds like a good time to talk to him or remove the CAN server if the hoster isn't trustworthy. (assuming the story is true of course, haven't verified logs)
