A server not working as intended

There was a mod, TournDM, that HMH made, if I remember correctly. It is supposed to be hosted at 74.91.114.132:8243. The server title also suggests that it is a TournDM mod, but it's just a plain DDNet vanilla server but with dysfunctional pickups, because it's a mod.
