Hello. As im online only from mobile i have this problem:

If i want upload an image in a topic i cant because the image load when i drag it on the message box, the status bar become green so it means that i can upload the image but there isnt the button "place inline"... can u help me?

Ummm... what "when i drag it on the message box"? You're supposed to do it that way:
"Full Editor & Preview" button -> "Attachments" tab -> click on "Add files" -> select the file from menu

With mobile i do like u say... it upload the image but dont appeare the "place inline" button...

Just checked (since I'm almost always on mobile) and to me it works, so I have no idea. Maybe wait a bit longer, or try with different file? Also, what browser do you use?
