Register system for tournament ?

I thought maybe add an register system to the tournament ? or juste add rule to not change your team to play the tournament. So top player can't replay the map multiple time ! Actually [CC]AmaZiinG got rank 2, 3 and 4 and Saro rank 1 & 2 on the tournament and so I thought It was maybe unfair. idk what are you though about it ?
