i apply for moderator and my topic has dissapeared with no word from any admin i then made another topic asking about it waited 3 days and its gone aswell

It's not like it matters, a guy with a picture as hamburger and name as chicken come to a forum about a game and asks for being moderator after creating his account, and having just 5 spammy posts. I wouldn't expect much, No, i think i can understand the person who deleted them, though i don't know who he is.

I wonder why you even applied.

McChicken... the posts has been removed for spamming reasons. Noone know u in forum and ingame too. Is not a "bug"... u are just spamming to join mods and the give to all te password or maybe give a lifetime ban to other player. If u think that we will accept u... well... change game that is better.

does anyone's boss know them before they get the job?

@McChicken i joined in the forum in the end of 2014. i got the skin database crew in jenuary and the ingmae mod in august. is that enought?
