We NEED this map on DDNet!. really nice Novice/oldschool map for beginneers and one of the first ddrace ever

Oh wow, I finally feel old now cause I remember playing this map.
Totally agree with you, the map might be kinda popular even nowadays.
But it definitely needs some fixing and polishing. Some things like part-selecting area or all the outdated website links should be removed. I know this destroys the oldschool-feeling somehow, but I feel like it's necessary for todays gameplay.
I could probably do that rework in the next few weeks, if the majority is interested in the map.

Another thing though, when we release this map we should probably look at some other great easy-oldschool maps (like ddrace-zt III etc). I really liked them back then and they would be a nice addition for newer players as well.

In my opinion there just should be entities fixxes ^^

why not make a solo out of this map you can solo everything from 8 so why not change a bit from start and then add to solo its so easy or make a solo version and release this one on oldschool

Ye, making it a solo map is actually a good idea.
The part selection could stay like it is now, there would be just minor gameplay changes and it would probably get played even more. But again, this would kinda destroy the original map somehow..
So i'm undecided, need even more opinions.

I remember the map as Aip-Race but yeah we should release this it was very hyped back then.

So, I did all the necessary changes (sorted layers, removed websites, fixed minor tele bugs and cleaned up editor).
Furthermore I changed like three parts, so its a solo map now. However, this changed can easily be re-done if we don't want it as a solo map.

I'm really undecided on whether this should be solo or oldschool. Both versions have some problems with fun rooms/selection room.
So for now, this is the solo version. But as written above, can easily be convert back to oldschool.
No more gameplay changes beside these minor changes at three or four parts.

Let's test it and hear more opinions.
Oh, and don't mind the ddnet version logo. I need that as fame whore .___.

The map should be ready and released as solo 3* imo.
