You can't see the hookline through hook-through-entities, no matter if it is the new or the old hook-through-entitie.

The unhookable block has no transparency, so ofc you can't see the line...

Ah, I thought you meant the hook collision line was stopped by hookthrough tiles. Transparent overlay entities for hookthrough would be a good idea, unfortunately I can only think of hackish solutions.
