You need to insert some data associated with your maps in the sql table
PREFIX_maps. You might have to change some settings to allow /map and /mapinfo, search for them on this page:
https://ddnet.org/settingscommands/. I'm not sure what you mean exactly by votecall, there are lots of settings regarding voting, see the link too.
