IP Banned "For Unknowen Reasons"

i just opened my teeworlds yesterday i think it was and i couldnt see any German DDnet servers, so was like dafuq tried delete my hole teeworlds
and downloading new client and basiclly anything, and yes i had tried to connect via the IP and it just says connect and my friend sat on the server
and gave me the IP, so i was sure they seem to be nothing wrong with my teewords, so i was like what the hek, and hmhm mabye i have been randomly been IP banned, so i found and Free VPN and tried it out just to see if was correct and yes i was correct, it seems that i have somehow been
IP banned or atleast my IP have been blocked, from the German DDnet servers Only
so im asking if i could get my IP unblocked,
