it doesnt work it says "Vote Passed" and whoever called the vote but it never changes apparently this has happened before?

just write /map splay4
If not working its a bug.

I see it in the log but can't explain why yet:

Does it only happen on South Africa or at other locations too?

some times before it happened in rus servers between ddos attacks
