I wondered what "settings" you have when you race normal maps. Because I really wonder if it's even worth to map HD.

mostly with entities overlay 50% + eventually (depending on background) deactivated quads

I always play with HD, except when it's too annoying or I'm speedrunning.

Always HD
I only turn on entities, when I don't understand a part or something.
And quads are normally enabled, unless my connection lags or I play this "Cavings I" map by Ama.

Normaly i play with HD.
But if the map has an annoying design i turn off the quads or use entities.

At some parts i switch to entities cause sometimes it's hard to see switches or something like this.

And there are maps wich have a design wich is just annoying at some parts. For example the round gras tiles. They could be annoying if u have to hook closely to them.

For this i have a bind on an extra button of my mouse. So i can switch with my thumb easily.

There are three types of maps 1: Maps like the hardcore series(always clear but looks ugly)=> entities off
2: Maps with all knick-knacks you can imagine(I hat this maps so i have entities on
3: Maps like naufrage(1-2)(always clear but it looks nice nevertheless)

Always HD but when i don't understand something or i want to play without any computer lag i use enties only ( i never removed the quads, they are , better in halloween
