Deen, dont let these ddos attacks let you down, even ddmax and other servers today is being ddosed. you take it personally and let it go out on the players. not cool bro.
so what if we get a ddos once in a while? it sucks yeah. But I dont wanna think oh no, now ddnet is gonna be closed for the rest of the day every time some idiot is ddosing again.
if ddnet closes forever i quit tw.

What about a decentralized server system with less tw-servers on more real servers, im not sure if this would work but imo it's worth thinking about it.
And about the situation now: it would be really nice to know a little more and something like "the servers will be back soon" would make it less painful than right now.
Seriously, there are hundreds of people who love DDRace Network and they all want it back as soon as possible.
DDNet is just great, believe me

Before DDNet existed, it wasnt even that fun to play teeworlds. You really made it more exciting & competitional with the points, 64 players, the maps, the client and all the other things you did for DDNet.
We appreciate your work & effort, dont let it all up Deen, do it for the network!

DDNet isn't just servers - it's incredible community full of great people, it's great atmosphere of not only competition but - above all - fun
P.S. They are DDoSing because they know DDNet is just best

I think DDNet is one of the biggest services wich doesn't makes money. There are a ton of people playing it every day, without advertising and without having to pay money. And that's great. But all the other services pay their protection with the money they make.
I wouldn't pay money to play on DDNet.
But why are there people paying money to harm DDNet?
There's a problem but no solution. The only possible option is to stay. Some day they will be bored. I'm sure.

vali & Captain Teemo from AKK server seem pretty determined. Sorry that the servers are totally unplayable for a week now.
