Buzzing sound when fps changes

So when i am playing teeworlds some kind of buzzing sound comes out when my fps is changing and i am playing in discord with my friends and they are saying that they are hearing that sound and they get annoyed. could anyone help me fixing that?

turn on vsync or limit ur fps

Caused by coil whine or EM interference probably. Get a better motherboard in your next computer or get a dedicated sound card like the ASUS Xonar DGX or a dedicated external DAC like the Fiio E10K.

when i plug my old mic everything disappears
