How do you become a tester?

Just wondering.
-Testing maps, every now and then
-Giving feedback to the mapper
-Searching for Bugs and Skips
-Suggest what to improve to make the Map more enjoyable.
After some time you get added to an tester if you are doing your "job" good enough
But you question is wrong here anyway.
