No unlock tile before killing the dummy:

that is not the only dummy map where there is no unlock tile

That's not really a bug, the unlock-tile is a very new function and therefore not in older dummy maps.
Reloading every map just for this quality-of-life enhancement might not be useful.

However, I know that it can be super annoying if you rely on that and fail.. So, maybe we will add it to older maps :o
