Well, actually I don't know if it is allowed on ddnet to use other graphics/ideas whatever but atleast I don't think it's cool.
How about making a own idea instead of using creative ideas (even if some say it's ugly ;D) of others..

He just opened my Purplepanic map, deleted all tiles exept the background and mapped something new ... He even used my Tileset
How I know that he didn't made the background itself? Weeeeell, look this, the stars are exactly at the same position.

its not a big problem for copying any backgrounds and using some tilesets but for this situlation, it needs your accept for using your background and tilesets in himself's map (if you feel that he had stoled your work @Anqel.)

I wrote I don't know if ddnet allows such things.

I mean..well xD I know when testers test a map they can't have a look if something is stolen >.< it takes to much time
No blame on the testers.

I just don't like the way the mapper takes it without askin and I join a server, see this and think: WTF?
