Cursor lag in Client

Hi, I have reset my PC because it had some bugs (Windows lol)
The problem, I forgot to save my settings_ddnet.cfg.
Now, when I open the client (The 64-bit AND the 32-bit - no difference) my mouse is laggy.
I mean, I move from left to right like this:
first it moves about 10 pixels, then about 100 pixels, and so on, it's ultra laggy, and when I join the server, the same thing happens again.
Pls help xd
Before everything have worked xd

Just the mouse or is the entire screen laggy? Try inp_mouseold 1

If anyone can figure out what option is causing this, that would be really helpful.

Maybe try killing some processes that are running in the background (anything that you do not 100% need)
I actually have the exact same problem - while I have Netflix open in Google Chrome
