i see you search some teeworlds gamemodes what it seems like a "city" map. Actually not even you'll find any servers what it looks like mapped like on a city or smth, but anyways you can find some famous servers called InfCity or InfTown or how it calls (xd) and on these servers you see some nice mapping to see it us a good Teeworlds "city".... on there you can find the makers or makers' websites, contacts and stuffs... try to contact to the makers to help you......lol i hope i did answer correctly on your question m8 xD
