if u join a server which have a password on (for example nimrocks) and type the pw u can join. yes.
but if you leave the pw saved (f1: password nimrocks) so u join again and can join without writing the pw again. but since a new update from the past weeks it says wrong password and u have to press enter again. hope u can reproduce it

The client no longer auto sends the password as it's a security vulnerability. E.g. you join a server for which the password is secret, you join another server and now the secret password is known by the second server.

Or you could autosend password only if the IP matches.

We don't remember the ip of the server that was used for setting a pw. you can also set a pw in f1 without connecting to a server. A shared hoster can also have servers by different people on the same IP.

Port would be different.
