make a skin of it 
make a skin where the cigarette is on the eyes place, so it moves when you move your eyes, and make one, where the cigarette is on the body and doesnt move. then decide which one Looks better, and that one u post

fokkonaut I cant make a skin where the cigarette move .. then I have a doubble cigarette , I hop you know what I mean...
