"show health + ammo" - "Показывать здоровье и патроны"
"Show names in chat in team colors" - "Выделять цветом сообщения игроков в командном чате"

First you need to make an account, then you can click on the small pencil at the top right. With ctrl-f you can find the texts you are looking for. After editing you can submit it to us as a "pull request", we review it and the changes appear in the next DDNet release.
