HI
i activated "automaticaly record demos" and deactivated "save the best demo of each race".
but when i join a server , it does not start recording

it will start recording when u will go through start line (or at least it should)

For the recorder to start, you need to join the game as well. If u want to record from spectator mode, you got to activate it manually

No, Deathman is right. It should record even when spectating. Have you checked in the demos/auto directory? It works for me.
You can now do 3 recordings at the same time: Auto-recording, best-race-recording and manual recording

well, i always saw the red point when i pressed tab in a server, but now i dont see it. maybe because i updated to 6.0.2?

Yes, the red point only appears when you record a manual demo. Automatic demos should still be working.
