Join protection

Greetings!
Today I joined server, and got instantly banned! So I was thinking... Maybe add some delay before you can be banned, if you have just joined, like 5min.

Can be useful indeed, but can also be used by blockers and fun voters...

you mean you ban them, five min later they join, and have 5 min block before can be banned again?

no they mean i would block the start then rejoin before 5 mins is over
