Deepfly bug

okay i know deepfly was never meant to be a feature. but since every dummy mapper knows about it and turns it off most of the time, can you at least make it 100% on the other maps?. i cant even play Just deepfly because it is so random. on some servers deepfly almost always works, and on other it just never works. so i have to vote one map on 10 servers before i can play it.
