You made parts hard the wrong way, you shouldn't create a map to see people suffer from it. Keep parts at a reasonable failiness and don't make parts that require unhuman precision and consistency.
The map is unreleasable as even a less faily version of it would be too boring, unbalanced and uncreative. You should take a look at the Mapper Rules and create your next map with them in mind.
