My Computer hates me

Im so done....
is there anyone outside who can tell me what is wrong with my computer?
Its a virus tronjana malware idk...
When i open any tab in my browser i can wait 2 min and i hear any german advertising...
even in skype (when my web browser isnt open) i hear this annoying advertising..
i already searched in 100 forums etc
malware scanner etc..still this problem
Would be nice if someone could help me with that.
I will devote the one with a full ddrace map who can help me
(or a little donation whatever you want lol)
