Moderator application (it's now a helper app)

Yo,
im 19 yrs old Chilliddreghuhn!
Im from germany and i speak some german and english. I also learned the russian letters for teeworlds but i hardly know words yet.
And im super slow in typing russian.
Im big enemy of bans votes and kicks. And very unhappy with the current situation.
Jao said maybe we can disable votes if there are more active moderators.
So i give it a try to fix the unlucky funvote situation. I guess i am qualified for the moderator rank because i have some expirence.
Im hosting my own game servers since 2010 and i also had some ranks on other servers.
I learned to handle the power. I don't abuse it for unfair or personal interests (well in this case i would... but my personal interest in this case is to stop bans, which is good i guess). Im not very active in forum and im not 24/7 online on the servers. My language might be childish i get angry and im emotional.
I talk a lot and sometimes a lot of shit. But i don't lie and i don't block discussions. I have desire to reply every message even if im annoyed. I sometimes spend hours being on my servers and replying to every message a user has. It is possible to keep talking to me even about difficult things. Im there and reply.
I guess thats an important skill for an moderator. I can handle hate and bad words. So to sum things up. I am not perfect but i surley can take responsibility for the moderator rank. I can promise i wont abuse it to ban people because i don't like banning.
Im not too activly playing on ddnet servers. It changed a lot how many hours im online there but im online in teeworlds a lot and even more in discord and skype.

I finished my first map 4 years ago (thats what ddnet says). But it was a jetpack map and i clearly remember playing on ddnet before the jetpack thing i think.
Im almost an old player in teeworlds now i lost the correct date but it should be 5 or 6 years of teeworlds expirience.

lol ye, thats why im applying as mod. I get kicked ingame very often but also got banned by moderators in front of finish because someone else used my name too and the mod got in panic. I also used a bot to cheat ranks on QshaR and some fly to the legends on ddnet too but it was only for a school project and im clean agian.
btw i clicked all the information for applying as mod and read the rules and stuff.
I can tell that im not happy with the rules situation and i probably won't be the best dude for banning (blockers/spammers/insulters).
But i think as long as i block bad votes i bring something good for ddnet. c:
