Ye, Zerodin wrote something in german but c'mon.. Is it really that bad? :o
3/4 of the community understands it and the rest can use google translator for a rough translation. Furthermore you do not really need to understand it cause you don't test maps and it was not really important to understand those lines - it had nothing to do with the map itself :p
Sry, if that sounds rude but idk :/ We should all write english, they did it wrong but it's not something that you should punish like that.
(Oh, and I don't write these things cause I understand german. It's the same for the russian posts. I don't understand them, it's kinda annyoing for me but I can easily use a translator or just ignore the few posts cause it's most likely not important)

Sorry guys i can english but i think its not importend because Index is right and 3/4 understand german but ok, next time in english xD
